Council & Committee Meeting Calendar

Regular Council Meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of each month. If a meeting falls on a holiday, it is rescheduled for the Tuesday of that week.

All regular meetings are held at 6:30 pm at Council Chambers located in Tartan Hall at the Char-Lan Recreation Centre. Every attempt will be made to record meetings and recordings will be posted to the Township's YouTube channel (please note that in the event of technical difficulties or when meetings are held outside of Tartan Hall, meetings may not be recorded).
