Paying Your Water Bill

Water bill payments are due every second month (typically on the 15^th day of the month). Payments are due in January, March, May, July, September and November.

Moving? Be sure to contact the Township office to stop any automatic payments and confirm your water meter will be read on the closing date.

Payment Options

Cheque, money order, cash or debit at the Township office
Post-dated cheque or money order in the mail
Bank by internet or phone (search for South Glen to add the Township as a biller on your bank site and the middle 6 numbers of your water account. In some cases the letter A is required.)
In person at most financial institutions
Automatic debit from your bank account (requires registration with the Township office)

Water Supply Turn-On/Off Rates

To have your water turned on or off, contact the Director of Water & Wastewater at (613) 931-3036. The cost to turn water on or off is:

$50 to turn water on or off during regular business hours
$100 to turn water on or off outside of business hours
